2.5 to 3 stars. I really wanted to like this book more. I love Jude and he is really working hard in this book and being put through the wringer by Lucy. The more I read, the more I really disliked Lucy. I realize she is young, but her thoughts and actions really were ridiculous in this one.
Again, the situations were unrealistic and it bothered me more in this book than it did in the first. Just to name a few, Lucy in a demanding Julliard dance program and Jude in a serious football program, during football season, and they travel back and forth 5 hours every weekend with no other demands? The sex in the hospital room, her leaving him alone in the hospital, him showing up at the airport, Jude going back to play football a week after being placed in a medically induced coma and suffering a concussion? And seriously, if you are going to be detailing a drive from NYC to Syracuse you should at least mapquest it. You don't drive through Long Island on the way.
