4.5 stars. Even better than the first book. This one is much shorter but really focuses on the growing relationship between Ty & Zane. The partners are sent on "vacation" to visit Ty's family due to the trouble they have been having with their psych evaluations after the events of the first book. We get to meet Ty's parents and his brother Deuce, who just happens to be a shrink. We learn a lot more about Ty, his upbringing/family dynamics and his feelings about the relationship We also see a lot more of how the damage from Zane's past is affecting his present.
Absolutely loving this series.
